A Post Just For One Picture!

I think this picture deserves a post all by itself for several reasons.....
1) It is hilarious!
2) We found a new use for the Subaru, and it turns out to be very handy! I can honestly say Monte and I never considered this when we purchased it. Needless to say to it has exceeded our expectations.
3) I was going to put it next to the picture of Brian III doing his business in the back of Duncan's pickup truck in the parking lot in Glacier a few years back, but I can't find the picture or for some weird reason we didn't take one!
4) You gotta do what you gotta do when you are potty training!
5) The best part is that we figured out you can close the door (it was getting a bit cold for Bear to finish) and there is still plenty of room for potty and toddler.

Happy Birthday to Me!!

Instead of going turkey hunting for my birthday this year, we decided to take a trip to Bozeman to see the Watson's. Bear showed us her expertise at riding her bike, we went to the park and we dyed Easter eggs! I think the last time I dyed Easter eggs was when we helped Jamison a few years back.

Bear proudly showing off her handy work!

Say cheese! One of my better cheese faces, if I do say so myself.

And then we went to Yellowstone or the "Animal Park" as Lydia called it. It was a bit of a challenge explainin to Bear that the animals are wild and that she couldn't pet them!!!!

Monte's first time in Wyoming. My first thought when he told me that was , "what, are you kidding me?" Then I remembered that not everyone has a grandma that lives in Wyoming.

One of many "big, hairy, fuzzy buffawee" that we saw on our trip.

A cool formation at Mammouth, even though there wasn't much water running.

Three ladies with pretty mountains in the background.

Cute Bear with her cute sunnydays lookin at "the bubbly water"!

More cool formations from geyer run off.

Turquoise water pool, very pretty but it was cold enough outside that there was a lot of steam and they were hard to see.

Watson family with Old Faithful going off in the background!

Monte and I before she blew!

Aren't they so adorable, I think so!

A bundled up Bear gets in for a closer look. Not sure why but I love this picture.

A Night at the Prom

Michelle went to the Prom this year with a couple of her friends. She stopped by the house for two minutes to say hello, and I was able to get these pictures. Man oh man, she is all grown up.
